Booking and cancellation conditions

Regarding cancellations, they must be notified with sufficient advance notice, as cancellation policies vary depending on the amount of advance notice. The total amount of the reservation will be refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. In the event that the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the excursion, the money will not be returned unless justified by an official body.
