Booking and cancellation conditions

To book the excursion, we recommend doing so in advance, as places are limited and are assigned in order. To do this, you simply must complete the reservation process providing the necessary information, including the desired date and the number of participants.

As for cancellations, they must be notified with sufficient notice, as cancellation policies vary depending on the amount of notice. The total amount of the reservation will be refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. In the event that the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the excursion, the money will not be returned unless justified by an official body.

If you need to reschedule your excursion, we will do everything possible to accommodate your reservation to the new selected date, as long as there is real availability to relocate you on the desired date.
