Excursion to Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo is one of the most important and visited tourist destinations in the Dominican Republic. Therefore, to get to know the capital of the Caribbean country, we will start our excursion by picking you up at your hotel to reach the historic area of the city where our guide will reveal the history of this interesting place. On the city tour we will visit: the Plaza de España and the Alcázar virreinal de Diego Colón; Museum of the Royal Houses and Calle de las Damas; Pantheon of the Fatherland; the Primate Cathedral of America, park and monument to Columbus; the Columbus Lighthouse (seen from the outside) and above all you will enjoy the atmosphere of the Colonial City declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1990. Then you can enjoy the gastronomy of Santo Domingo in a restaurant in the colonial zone.
