Booking our Cozumel Premium «El Cielo» tour is a very simple process. Follow the instructions we provide and fill in all the necessary information to complete your reservation. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you all the necessary details within 24 or 48 hours so you can enjoy this paradisiacal destination with Xplora Riviera. Shall we talk?
Booking and cancellation conditions
To book the tour, we recommend doing so in advance, as places are limited and assigned by order. To do this, simply complete the booking process by providing the necessary information, including the desired date and the number of participants.
As for cancellations, they must be notified with sufficient notice, as cancellation policies vary depending on the amount of advance notice. The full amount of the reservation will be refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the excursion, the money will not be refunded unless justified by an official body.
If you need to reschedule your excursion, we will do everything possible to accommodate your reservation to the new selected date, as long as there is real availability to relocate you on the desired date.

This excursion offers transportation from your hotel, a speedboat ride, complete snorkeling equipment, a visit to the Colombia or Palancar reefs, and the starfish sanctuary known as “El Cielo”. In addition, a meal is provided on board during the journey.
