Holbox Island Tour: your adventure begins
Once we've picked you up, we'll head to Chiquilá, where we'll board a boat to start the tour.
Our first stop will be Yalahau Cenote, where you can dive into its waters and enjoy a refreshing swim.
Next, we'll continue to Isla de la Pasión, a small spot surrounded by nature where you can enjoy its beaches, watch birds and take in the sandbanks that surround the island.
The next stop will be Punta Mosquito, a sandbar stretching out into the sea and one of Holbox's best-known spots. You can walk along its sandbanks and, with a bit of luck, spot flamingos and other bird species.
Then we'll arrive at Holbox Island, where you'll enjoy an à la carte lunch with one dish of your choice and about 2 hours of free time. Take the chance to wander its streets, discover its colorful murals or simply relax and enjoy the island at your own pace.
At the end of the tour, we'll take the boat back to Chiquilá, where transportation will be waiting to take you back.

The tour is led by a certified guide and includes travel insurance. During the tour you must follow the instructions of the guide, the crew and the staff in charge of the activity.

No, you don't. At Xplora Riviera we offer options for both solo travelers and groups, and we guarantee an unforgettable experience no matter the size of your group. However, if you'd like a more intimate, personalized experience, you can choose a private tour tailored to you.
Cancellation
- Free! Cancel at no cost up to 72 hours before the activity. If you cancel later:
- Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance: a 30% penalty of the total amount applies.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: a 100% penalty of the total amount applies.
- No-shows: 100% penalty, except in case of an accident or a justified medical reason.
- If you need to reschedule your tour, we'll do everything we can to move your booking to the new date you choose, as long as there is real availability on the date you want.
