- For the zipline activity, the maximum weight allowed is 136 kg and the minimum is 40 kg. The harness capacity is 120 cm around the waist and 65 cm around each leg. For visitors weighing over 115 kilos (250 pounds), their build will be assessed to determine whether they can do the activity (fully or partially). Children must fit the harness properly and be at least 1.10 m tall; otherwise, for their safety, they will not be able to do the activity
- The activities have height and weight requirements. For Amphibious Vehicles and the Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 1.10 m; for Rafts and the Stalactite River Swim it is 1 m; for Hamacuatizaje the minimum height is 1 m and the maximum weight is 136 kg. For the Toboganxote, the minimum height is 1.30 m and the maximum individual weight is 136 kg. The maximum capacity per raft is 4 people (320 kg). Wearing a helmet and knowing how to swim are mandatory
- Activities at Xplor park are recommended for children over 5 years old (they must be accompanied by an adult at all times)
- The zipline activity requires a minimum height of 1.10 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg
- Closed-toe or water shoes are mandatory for all activities
- Your sunscreen, repellent and tanning products must contain only titanium oxide and zinc oxide to be used in the Park. If yours don't meet this requirement, there is a booth at the entrance where you can exchange them for a chemical-free sample; your products will be returned to you when you leave
